The short version

This website sets no cookies and embeds no advertising trackers. For reach measurement we use a cookieless analytics service (see below) that does not follow you across sites. Personal data reaches us only when you choose to send it — by e-mail or via the intake form, which composes an e-mail in your own mail program rather than storing anything on this site.

Hosting & server logs

When you visit this site, the hosting provider technically processes connection data (IP address, time of request, requested page, browser user-agent) to deliver the pages and to ensure operational security. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in providing a secure website. Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted on the provider's standard schedule.

Reach measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, referrers, coarse device and country data) and a small set of interaction events (e.g. "self-check completed"). The service works without cookies and without cross-site tracking; visitor identifiers are generated from a daily-rotating hash and are not stored long-term. Provider: Vercel Inc., USA (certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in measuring the reach of this site. No consent banner is required because no cookies or comparable identifiers are stored on your device.

Web fonts

All typefaces on this site are served from our own hosting — no request goes to Google Fonts or any other third-party font service when you visit these pages.

Contact by e-mail or intake form

The intake form does not transmit data to this website. It pre-fills an e-mail in your own mail client; sending it is your action and your choice. Data you send us by e-mail (name, app URL, description of your situation) is processed solely to answer your request and, where it leads to a contract, to perform it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Client engagements

If we operate your application, we act as a processor for the personal data inside your systems. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is concluded as part of every operations contract. Your code and data are used exclusively to operate your application — never for training, marketing, or other clients.

Retention

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for statutory retention periods where they apply (e.g. commercial and tax law). Intake e-mails that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months at the latest.
